Description:
A Newly licensed dentist who just passed the PRC licensure examination. Jr. Status is scheduled for 2 years unless extension is required prior to the promotion to Sr. resident status. The promotion to Sr resident status will be determined by the dental promotions committee headed by the Dental Director.
Status:
- 2 years Jr. Resident status
- Full Time - 8 hrs active duty & 2 hrs mentoring/shadowing with rotating status and night shift

Credentials:
- DMD Diploma
- Certificate of Registration (PRC)
Job Description:
- 1st line in the Patient Registration Triage
- Take Patients Vital Sign
- Gather patient Medical History
- Escort patient in the treatment cubicle
- Gather patient Dental History
- Establish Initial Diagnosis from patients records
- Take Periapical Radiograph (Patients on-going Treatment)
- Perform Oral Prophylaxis
- Mild to Severe Gingivitis
- Mild to Heavy stain and deposits
- Perform Basic procedures such as, suture removal, surgical and endodontic dressing, change orthodontic rubber, take impressions, tooth filling (mild to severe caries), Minor surgical procedures as defined by the surgery department, and other procedures
- Refer cases to other dentists respective to its diagnosis and findings
