Description:
A Sr. Resident dentist is the newly promoted Jr. Dentist determined by the promotions committee. He/She can also be a practicing dentist for not less than 2 years who has been recommended by any of the partner specialist or Associate dentist and that is screened and interviewed by the promotions committee. Sr. Dentist status is scheduled for 2 years of continued service at the center.
Status:
- Full time – 40 hrs. weekly with broken time, rotating status and night shift.
- Salary base with incentives
Credentials:
- DMD Diploma
- Certificate of Registration (PRC)
- Worked as a dentist in a dental clinic/Hospital for at least 2 years
Job Description:
- Assist and Guides Jr. Resident Dentists
- Take Patients Vital Sign
- Escort patient at the treatment Cubicle area
- Gather Patient Medical and Dental History
- Establish Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
- Take Periapical Radiograph ( Patients on-going Treatment)
- Perform Oral Prophylaxis
- Mild to Severe Gingivitis
- Mild to advance Periodontitis
- Mild to heavy stains and deposit
- Perform Restorative Treatment:
- Mild to Advance cases
- May perform moderate to complex cases respective to their assigned department
